By default `.L` and `.R` is used, which gives `upper_arm.L` and `upper_arm.R`. Here you can define a different suffix to be added. 2. **Simple rename fields**: Fill in the name you want this bone to be renamed to. On the left you see the default HG naming for this bone. 3. **Mirrored rename fields**: The butterfly means this bone exists on both sides of the human.
